My laptop screen went black and started beeping. After explaining the issue. Straight to IT restored my laptop as new. I was so happy, as I felt they also gave me the knowledge on how to effectively keep my laptop working (by updating it regularly). Overall I received an excellent and friendly service.

When working from home at the beginning of the lockdown, I needed a cable that connected my laptop to my monitor so I could work off both screens. StraightToIT were able to assist me by just using a picture I had sent them of the available ports on both devices and were able to advise me that I needed a HDMI to VGA adaptor which allowed me to do exactly that! The adaptor attached to my laptop from the HDMI port and then had a VGA port which allowed me to connect it to the external monitor using a VGA cable that came with it. StraightToIT made this so easy to do and walked me through it step by step.

My son had a study chair which, when he broke, he didn’t want to continue working. In an effort to fix the chair which he wanted to keep, I bought another unit of legs to fix on but unfortunately the two parts didn’t fit. I was recommended Straight TO IT’s handy-man services through friend. They were able to put the two parts together restoring my son’s chair, which he was very happy about. Quick and quality service.

While working from home, Straight To IT were able to advise me what I needed in order to get set up to work remotely. A video was provided showing me exactly what I needed to do to work from my secondary monitor, which was very easy to follow. As time went on, my laptop required fixing Straight To IT were able to diagnose the issue and advised that as the device was in warranty the manufacturer could fix it. Straight to IT assisted removing my hard drive before I sent it to be fixed, giving me comfort that my data was secure.

Straight To IT are very patient and understanding. I had an Apple Mac that didn't work well due to age, explained to him that I needed help to get it working and he was very helpful. Got it repaired and he got it working and saved me money from having to buy a new one as Apple advised me to. Thank you once again for the repair and free ring stand which came in use for my apple mobile. I highly recommend Staight To IT!
