Mac – How To Change My Password
Navigate the curser to the dock, Select System Preferences
Navigate the curser, Select “Users & Groups”
Navigate the curser to the Pad Lock Icon (Locked), “Click the lock to make changes”
Using Keyboard, Enter Current “Password” to access, Select “Unlock”
Navigate the curser, Select “Change Password”
Using the Keyboard enter Old Password, New Password, Verify Password and Select “Change Password (button)”
Straight To IT tip, If you are concerned about forgetting your password, you can include a hint at the bottom as a reminder. This will appear if you enter your password incorrectly when logging to your mac
Navigate the curser to the Pad Lock Icon (Open), “Click the lock to make changes”
Navigate Curser, Select Exit
